Here, there is no need to be small. There is room for all of you. Your fullness takes nothing from another. It makes room for hers.

We gather small circles of women in beautiful places, and listen through art, breath, movement and ritual. We witness one another.

We gather not to escape life, but to return to it.

Middleburg

In October 2026, women gathered on a private working farm in Middleburg, among open land, animals and turning leaves. The gathering made room for instinct and honesty, held by an attentive structure that left space for what might emerge.

Canino

In September 2024 and September 2025, women gathered on Etruscan ground, among thermal springs and long tables. Holotropic breathwork, ketamine assisted psychotherapy, ritual and somatic dance offered different ways of exploring our inner lives. There was pleasure, too: cacao, the warmth of Sacred Heat, massages and an Italian cooking class that brought us together around the making of a meal.

Baja

Desert met sea across four gatherings in Baja: September 2023, then March 2024, 2025 and 2026. Heat, salt and silence shaped each return to the elements. There was space to listen, move, make and gather, with each experience shaped anew by the women who came together.

Before there were many chapters, there was a first circle. In March 2023, FADEN’s inaugural retreat took place among the boulders of Joshua Tree, where movement, sound, fire and time together gave shape to the beginning of a shared practice.

FADEN is the gathering of threads from over 20 years of Lindsay’s work as a licensed marriage and family therapist and registered art therapist. The steadiness of experience and the willingness to sit beside another woman in the depths. Beauty, play and room for what cannot yet be named. A culmination, held with a collective assembled anew for each gathering.
