The inquiry
What does the land remember that we have forgotten?
In September 2024 and September 2025, women gathered on Etruscan ground, among thermal springs and long tables. Holotropic breathwork, ketamine assisted psychotherapy, ritual and somatic dance offered different ways of exploring our inner lives. There was pleasure, too: cacao, the warmth of Sacred Heat, massages and an Italian cooking class that brought us together around the making of a meal.
The landscape
Volcanic springs, ruins in the grass and cypress surrounded us. At Niki de Saint Phalle’s iconic Tarot Garden, archetypes became towering figures in mosaic, mirror and color. Walking among them brought myth into vivid, larger than life form, another way to meet the stories moving within us.

The rhythm of a day
From first light to candlelight.
The shape a day might take. Each chapter is woven from its own place and practices.
- Dawn
Waking slowly
Breath, stillness, the first light.
- Morning
Into the body
Movement and practice, at your own pace.
- Midday
The long table
Nourishment, conversation, pleasure.
- Afternoon
The deeper work
Ceremony, touch or making with our hands.
- Dusk
Unhurried hours
Rest, water, the field, silence.
- Night
The circle
Candlelight, story and being witnessed.
Every gathering begins
with a conversation.
