Safety · Screening · Consent

Care,
made explicit.

Reverence is also practical. It lives in the question asked carefully, the boundary respected, the freedom to pause. Wonder and clear information belong beside one another.

FADEN distinguishes clearly between licensed clinical services, educational and experiential retreats, traditional ceremonial practices, nonclinical wellness modalities, and psychedelic assisted work in legally authorised settings.

We make no claim that any experience cures any condition. Every participant is screened individually, and every practice is an invitation you may decline.

A Note about Protected Health Information:

In providing services, we connect people with clinics and other healthcare providers in the United States. As part of that process, we may be asked by these healthcare providers to collect certain Protected Health Information (“PHI”) on their behalf, which is regulated under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”), the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act, and their implementing regulations as amended from time to time. However, we do not collect PHI on the Website and our Website may not be HIPAA compliant. Do NOT (a) provide any PHI (e.g., medical diagnosis, symptoms, etc.), (b) provide your identifying information (other than just your first name – do not include your date of birth, home or work address, or any other personal information), or (c) request healthcare services, if you contact us through our Website. If we collect PHI from you after you become a patient of the applicable healthcare provider, we (or the healthcare provider) will provide you with separate notices as required by HIPAA and other applicable law.
