As the Spring Equinox tips the scales toward light, we open the gates to renewal, rebirth, and creative expansion. March 2026 is our final gathering in the wild sanctuary of Baja’s East Cape—a land that has carried our work with fierce beauty and grace. This is the last chance to taste its medicine with us, to stand where desert meets sea and let the elements carve you open to what’s next.

Here, breath becomes portal, movement becomes prayer, medicine becomes mirror. Holotropic breathwork, acupuncture, yoga, dance, somatic rites—all threaded through the raw majesty of Baja—awaken the body’s ancient knowing and call forth what has long been waiting.

But at the center is what no curriculum can teach: the timeless magic of women healing women. In the circle of sisterhood, we remember how power flows when safety and reverence hold us. We shed. We rise. We return to ourselves, together.

What’s Included:

  • 4 nights, 5 days in a completely private and exclusive property in Baja Sur, Cabo offering luxury accommodations including ocean views, infinity pool, observation decks and close proximity to the Pacific Ocean.

  • 90 min. Group Prep Call prior to the retreat

  • 2 x 90 min. Integration Call following the retreat

  • Holotropic Breathwork immersive experience with renowned breath practitioner, Stacia Butterfield and FADEN founder, Lindsay Olshan, LMFT - ATR

  • Daily Group Acupuncture offering customized treatments created in collaboration and exclusively for FADEN by Alli Darling, LAc. to support both pre and post ceremony work

FAQs

  • Flying into San Jose Del Cabo Airport is the best option. Please be advised that airfare and transfers are NOT included in the retreat cost. We will however aid in setting up transport (shared or otherwise) thru TransCabo.

    The retreat will officially begin with our welcome dinner on the evening of March 18th at 4pm and our final lunch will be on March 22nd at 11am. We recommend that you arrive early on the 18th to check in, get settled and enjoy some time on the property before dinner.


  • FADEN does not offer refunds of any kind for the retreat deposit. Refunds for the balance payments vary depending on timing. Should you need to cancel with more than 30 days until the retreat date, you will be refunded 100% of the total amount (less deposit). Should you need to cancel within 30 days of the retreat date, 50% of the total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Finally, under no circumstance will there be any refunds given for cancellation requests made within 14 days of the retreat date.

    Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness/death, COVID-19 or personal emergencies. We do not offer refunds or credit for a guest who fails to attend, arrives late, or leaves early. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please consider purchasing travel insurance.

    If FADEN must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment amount (less the deposit which can be applied to another retreat) to your original payment method. FADEN is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.


  • There have been some concerns regarding the safety of travel to Mexico. The State Department's travel advisory warning level for Cabo San Lucas is set to one of the lowest, which is “exercise increased caution.” They indicate that the reason for this level is low crime rates. However, as with all things, consent is very important so we invite you to listen to your intuition when considering this experience.
